The Reál Deál
We are a family cover band of multi-instrumentalists from the Los Angeles area who share a very eclectic taste in good music. We all have a classical music training background and have developed our own individual sense of style, creativity and love for music. Our musical influences are wide ranging and impossible to put in one box. We are eager and excited to bring our musical visions to the stage and entertain you with our covers of all time classics as well as today's hits. We are available for private events including weddings, birthdays, graduations, corporate events or any type of public or private gatherings that call for great music.

My name is Mitchell, aka Mo Reál of the Reál Deál. In our band of multi-instrumentalists, I mainly play guitar and sing lead, but stick around a bit and you might catch me on drums, bass, and keys. I was trained in classical piano from a young age, and I began playing the electric guitar at age 9. I now dabble in everything from the acoustic guitar to the bass, and more recently, the drums.
As a kid, I produced and recorded many cover songs on my YouTube channel, “Moskeedog”, and over the years have developed an eclectic taste in music. I enjoy listening to 90s Alternative, Pop Punk/Emo, and Classic Rock. I am also a Mobile DJ with “Audio Essence Entertainment”, and as such I appreciate everything from the current hits to old school hip hop. Outside of the band, I am a Cybersecurity professional and a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

My name is Megan , but everyone calls me Meg. I am a classically trained musician who has enjoyed Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) since 2009, songwriting, and all things Taylor Swift for as long as I can remember. While I began learning piano at the age of one, my interests expanded as I experimented with the acoustic guitar and the electric bass. Funny enough, when “The Reál Deál” was first in the talks (before we even had the name), I was named the “reluctant” band member, as it was always a struggle for me to get up and rehearse. As you can tell, that is no longer the case.
In the near future, my biggest goal is to release my own original music and explore many different areas of my career. When I'm not at school, training, or rehearsal, I enjoy scrolling on TikTok, organizing my Spotify playlists, and eating açai bowls.

Hi there, I'm Mike, aka "Dad", I am a classically trained, lifelong pianist/keyboardist who was thrusted into a life of drumming at the ripe old age of 51. Having struggled with learning how to play this difficult instrument, I have learned to love the art of drumming and have embraced my new instrument with a renewed passion. My musical influences include everything from Earth, Wind and Fire to David Benoit, Prince, New Edition, Janet Jackson, Sade and everything 80’s and 90’s as well as Hip Hop and RnB. I also grew up as a Mobile DJ and continue this side business with Audio Essence Entertainment so my wide range of musical knowledge and interests continues to expand. Outside of music I am an avid fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, I am a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, enjoy spending time with my kids (the band) and my dog, Kipsie and believe that pineapple belongs on pizza. I am also a true foodie.

Hey, I’m Dylan. Listen, here’s the Deál: things haven’t always been this Reál. I’ve been a musician my whole life, having a background in classical piano, marching band, orchestra, drumline, choir ensembles, rock groups, pep bands, you name it. But with so many influences, I’ve always had a hard time identifying what inspires me most as a musician. Rock and metal, blues, classical, electronic… I don’t care, I just like good music. So, when the Reál Deál decided to take our passion to the stage, blending everything we like into one unique sound to give YOU a uniquely good time, I felt right at home. Can’t wait to see you “Reál” soon at an upcoming show!
Some of my favorite bands include Trivium, Muse, Green Day, Fit For An Autopsy, and Sum 41. Outside of music, I love going for walks, “reading” audiobooks, hanging out at the beach, and chilling at home with my fluffy cat.
